Portrait sessions for individuals

Portrait photography tailored to you — not poses, roles, or fleeting trends.

People don’t come to a shoot because they  just “love being photographed”.
They come because they need an image that actually works — as a representation for themselves, for their work, or for a new chapter they’re stepping into.

Q & A

What exactly is included in the session price?

The session price includes my work as a photographer, preparation and planning, visual direction and moodboard development, and professional retouching of the final images.

Studio rental, makeup, styling, and any additional production services are not included and are always discussed separately. I help you choose the right studio and can recommend trusted professionals if needed.

How long does a session take?

Typically 1–1.5 hours, but this can be adjusted depending on your needs and schedule.

Do I need to make a prepayment?

For individual sessions, no prepayment is required for my photography work.

However, a prepayment is required to secure any external production costs — such as studio rental, makeup, or styling — if they are part of the shoot. This ensures the studio and team are booked and confirmed in advance.

The remaining balance for the session itself is paid on the day of the shoot.

How many final images will I receive?

Each session is different, so the final number can vary.
Typically, you’ll receive around 15 fully retouched images — not near-duplicates, but a thoughtful selection covering different moods, angles, and expressions.

How long does it take to receive the final images?

Final images are delivered within max. 14 days after the session.
Often sooner — but I prefer to promise realistic timelines and keep them.

Who selects the final images?

You can choose your favorites through a private online gallery.
If you prefer, I can also make the final selection myself — both options are possible.

Can I request extra retouching or additional edits?

Yes, additional retouching or creative edits are possible at an additional cost. We’ll discuss individually based on your needs.

Do you provide invoices for photoshoots?

Yes, but individual sessions that require invoicing are considered brand/commercial shoots and are calculated under a separate rate.

Do you publish the photos?

Only with your permission after discussing with you first.

Do you collaborate on TFP projects?

Nope. I do not work on a TFP or free basis. My skills and professional experience are the result of years of work, and I value them accordingly. For portfolio-building, I seek collaborators and teams independently, rather than offering unpaid sessions.
